HON. DANILO "Danny" C. UY, Board member of the 5th District of Pangasinan, or most fondly called as "DADDY UY" (not Danny Uy, but it sounds like) because of his unselfishness and generosity with regards to helping this institution for the betterment of our inmates thru promoting EDUCATION, delivered a very powerful and heart-shaking message for the inmates and their care-givers, THE BJMP.
