Personnel have become 10x vigilant and innovative to cope with the needs of the inmates although help and assistance from outside world have seems to be impossible. THE BOTTOM LINE: NO UNTOWARD INCIDENT HAS OCCURED AND THAT PREPARED CONTINGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTED HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS/EFFECTIVE.
