WE LIVE AT THE ROOFTOP FOR 2 DAYS
For two days, inmates and personnel of Urdaneta District Jail stays at the second floor of the Jail's Main Building.
Personnel have become 10x vigilant and innovative to cope with the needs of the inmates although help and assistance from outside world have seems to be impossible. THE BOTTOM LINE: NO UNTOWARD INCIDENT HAS OCCURED AND THAT PREPARED CONTINGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTED HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS/EFFECTIVE.
